The main price updates happen twice a year. We also make smaller updates as and when required throughout the year as brands update their own prices. Carton and pack quantity updates usually happen towards the beginning of the year.

Yes, once you've downloaded the price list, you can change it however you like. There is a built-in mark up calculator in the price list spreadsheet. Please see our Price Lists page for more details.
