Deliveries Deliveries

  • You can order up until 5pm online, by phone or email Monday to Friday for next day despatch (UK Mainland where services allow). Please remember, online order cut-off times vary throughout the year, check the Homepage, Service Updates or Order Centre for updates. 

  • The minimum spend for free carriage is £150 NET for online orders and £250 NET for phone and email orders, all UK Mainland only (excluding Scottish Highlands). Please see our Delivery Information page for more details.

  • You can choose a timed upgrade where applicable depending on your geographical location. Please see our Delivery Information page for more details. For all orders sent via carrier (DPD), upgraded or not, DPD will message or email you (depending on your choice) on the day of delivery with a specified delivery hour.

  • DPD will leave a calling card and the carrier will try the following working day, unless you've instructed them to leave or deliver the parcel elsewhere. Instructions for the carrier will need to be signed and dated or they may refuse to leave the parcel.

  • Yes, you can. Either enter the address online or add an instruction onto your email or phone order and we'll take care of it for you.

  • The latest you can collect your order is 7pm Monday - Friday and 1pm on Sunday's. Your order will be available to collect from PenCarrie once you have recieved your despatch note.

  • Your order will be available to collect from PenCarrie once you've recieved your despatch note between 9am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm on Sundays.

  • We'll send you an email on the day of delivery with a link to track your order.

  • Christmas opening times differ each year. Please see updates provided online and by email in early December.
